Scott Henry

Associate Director | Asset Management | Oceania – Scott joined IWC’s AM + team in 2022 as New Zealand representative for forest operations and acquisitions. Scott’s role covers asset management, operational oversight, acquisition due diligence, liaising with regional managers and contractors, improving forest management practices, among many other property-related tasks on top of deal sourcing. Prior to joining IWC, Scott has worked within forest management for over 18 years, including 6 years in Australia and 12 years in New Zealand.

Scott has a Bachelor of Forestry Science from Canterbury University, New Zealand, and he is a member of the New Zealand Institute of Forestry.
