Brooke Nicole Conley

Head of Legal and Operational Risk | Brooke joined IWC in 2024 and is responsible for leading IWC’s legal advisory and operational risk efforts in support of IWC’s strategic priorities and its integration with BNP Paribas Asset Management. She plays a key role in aligning IWC’s legal and governance frameworks with those of its majority shareholder while safeguarding the independence of IWCs operational structure.

With over a decade of experience as a senior legal advisor in the financial sector and accreditation from the Danish Bar Association, Brooke brings deep expertise in navigating complex regulatory environments across capital markets, investment management, and international financial services. She acts as a trusted advisor to IWC’s leadership, providing strategic legal counsel on regulatory change, corporate governance, commercial negotiations, and risk management.

Before joining IWC, Brooke served in management at one of the largest Danish multinational financial institutions, where she led legal and compliance strategy, advised executive and board-level stakeholders, and oversaw the implementation of governance, risk, and compliance frameworks across jurisdictions
