Amerigo Merlo

Manager | ESG – Amerigo joined IWC´s Timberland Investment Advisory team in 2021. In his role, Amerigo is involved in ESG performance analysis, ESG reporting and screening, research on climate change and the related structuring of physical and transition scenarios, as well as the oversight of mitigation banking investments.

Amerigo holds a BSc in Economics and Trade from the University of Turin, Italy, a MSc in Environmental and Natural Resource Economics from the University of Copenhagen, Denmark, and the Sustainability and Climate Risk Certification from the Global Association of Risk Professionals.
