Steen Villemoes

Chairman of IWC and IWC IP’s Boards of Directors; Independent Consultant

Steen Villemoes has been on IWC’s board of directors since its establishment in 1991 when he worked as the CIO (Chief Investment Officer) at DIP (The Danish Pension Fund for Engineers) – one of IWC’s founders.

Steen left DIP in 2000 after having worked for them for 15 years. He then joined Altius Associates Ltd. – a UK based private equity gate keeper and adviser – where he spent 7 years as partner and Nordic Representative. In 2007, Steen began working as an independent consultant for Altius. He has combined his consulting responsibilities with other jobs, which include board memberships in several international companies.

Steen has an MSc in Economics from the University of Copenhagen.
